DeepGEO Finland is a subsidiary of the US-based DeepGeo Inc, founded in 2017.
DeepGeo Inc. aims to offer commercial spent nuclear fuel disposal services globally by permitting and constructing regional multinational repositories (MNRs). DeepGeo Finland pursues the possibility of having MNRs in Finland in the future and, if this becomes possible, researching, designing, permitting, constructing, and operating them.
